Game takes a while to start...

Anyone else getting extremely long times for the game to start?

I start it from GOG Galaxy, and it's installed on an SSD, but frequently it can take up to two minutes for anything to open. No icon, nothing showing in Task Manager.

I've had a couple of times that it loaded quickly, but not usually.

Is this just GOG Galaxy causing it? I don't see this with any other games.
