How to fix reverb/doubled audio baked into a stream?

I have this janky elgato camlink that is very popular but seems to have some kind of insane audio bug coming from the hi8 capture I'm doing. All the recordings have this flange sound, maybe it's phase? Just curious if someone could advise how to fix this kind of issue. Muting one channel doesn't fix it either
