Halp

So I got my eyes examined yesterday and I'm concerned about the legitimacy of my prescription. The sphere for my old prescription was +1.00 for both eyes and the new is the same for my right eye and +0.25 for my left. That means my left eye got better right? Do you think this is accurate?
