Opportunities for Designers/Product Managers to Participate in Hacktoberfest?

Hi there! We are a small product-focused agency that works on balanced teams (engineering, design/research, product management). Some of our engineers would like to participate in Hacktoberfest this year and I am wondering if there are ways for non-technical folks to get involved as well so we can participate as a team. Any input is appreciated!
