Someone can explain me how to unlock this achievement with debug console?

If you are playing Repentance then you can't do that sadly. They disabled being able to unlock achievements. Someone can correct me if I am wrong however.
If you are playing before that then you can check out the wiki page for console commands. Everything you need to know about the debug console is on there.

Unfortunately I am on Repentance right now. Before the update I completed the game except for the "online" achievements. Actually, the funny thing is I have accomplished The Marathon just to discover that is bugged. One of the best trinket of the game is unobtainable to me.

There are various tools avaliable to give yourself achievements on steam. You can give yourself The Marathon achievement and press Shift+f2 on the stats screen to sync it with the save file and unlock the item.

Yeah, this happened to me today as well. I think we still get ranked accordingly because I got sandwiched between two other players on the leaderboard.

I think I'll just give up from going for the glitched Marathon achievement. It's either I die when I got a 4 win streak with Repentance disabled or I get a 5 win streak and a glitch like this happens
For the record, this is on Repentance.
I have the same. Its so incredibly frustrating and I really hope it does end up counting. To me this is easily one of the most infuriating achievements, anything else I can just try again whenever I feel like it, except with these horrible daily run achievements.
I know this is s terrible idea, and under no circumstances should you listen to me, but have you considered using S.A.M. ? I know that this will make a lot of people mad, but if you want to unlock it, and the legit way doesn't work, thy using it. Also, to unlock the achievement in game after getting the achievement on steam, I belive there is a key combo you can press to make the game load the achievement progress from steam (I think it's shift+f2, but I'm not sure, look it up if you will use it [it might glitch the game, use it only if you are really desperate and/or have nothing to lose]).

I know, but some people haven't tried getting this achievement yet, and they might get mad when somebody suggests using S.A.M..
I looked up sam. Does it break the game/bug achievements if you just use it 1 time and then disable it?
No, you can disable it whenever, just that binding of Isaac tracks achievements on a save file, not by steam, so trying to force the game to load the save based on achievements on steam sometimes glitches the game.
I don't really understand. How would I load a save based on achievements on steam. Does SAM only unlock the achievement on steam? And how would that glitch the game?
I tried using S.A.M but the repentance achievements didnt show up
