in defence of gwenpool #17

I see a lot of people complaining that they got gwenpool #17 and that it's a dud card, and that even if you play PvP it's still the fifth best, but HEAR ME OUT. with the new crafting system, the only really essential stats are hp and atk.

Max pve set would be something like Luna, gotg, Spidey (any 2 of WF/bp/cable). (for all atk)

Max PvP would be gotg/bw/qssw/new avengers9/gwenpool. (For hp)

But not all atk cards can roll hp as optimal second option in an attack set (because it clashes with energy/physical attack) and not all hp cards can roll all attack AND at least one of energy/Phys

With a correct roll gwenpool gives you 11% hp and 11.4% energy attack.

Even on any of the optimum pve sets above, that makes it the second-best option for a hybrid card behind black widow. And if you were building a hybrid PvP focused set, a gwenpool with all atk and energy attack would be as good as qs/SW, and better than na9 if you don't care about the proc. Check it yourself, you'll see!

TL:Dr; it's considered one of the worst cards in the game, but it's actually the second best option for building hybrid pve/PvP sets
