cannot reset security questions
Hi i have an old work apple account registered on my work email address that does not have an associated or backup email nor a phone number. I forgot the security questions and because of that i cannot access certain features like joining the apple developer programme. I called apple support and they were repeating on a loop that nothing can be done without security questions i cannot believe that apple did not take into account human forgetful nature. I also indicated them that i can provide any kind of proof from my company regarding my email address.

I’ve been stuck there for over a year, it looks like we’re completely screw.
Apple brags about being an inovative tech company, but it's mostly dust. in that case proof of ownership of the email used to create the account is enough because the account cannot exist without the email address, so that means that email owns the account.
The worst part is, I know my answers, but I guess I made a typo so now I’m stuck.
