C4 angled rear bumper on a c5?

Is there a way to transplant the pointy bumper of C4 Vette to a C5, I feel like if I were gonna edit the look of my c5 97 and up of course, I would go with the old bumper because it already had a bit of a face lift. It looks like it may be part of a larger piece of the c4, could it be transfered/doctored on in a good way. Are the dimensions close?
