Prada Chocolate Brushed Leather Loafers - True to Size?

I'm looking into getting my boyfriend a pair of the chocolate brushed leather loafers, but don't know which size to get him. I heard from one of my friends that Prada shoes run small, but I'm not sure if that's the case for this shoe. Any tips?
