See his Twitter for more

Edit: I guess I'll also mention for those that haven't heard, this is one part of his ongoing campaign leading into COP26 in Glasgow and the upcoming federal election.

His crowd funding is ongoing

“I’m not willing to support net-zero by 2300 until I’ve seen the numbers” -Barnaby Joyce

He's the Deputy PM. The question is, why doesn't he have the numbers? If he really wanted to know, he'd have them.

The reality of it is, Barnaby Joyce is a man who is incapable of doing his job, and doesn't want to do his job. In his own words, he wants the government out of his life. Strange then, that he hasn't left politics.

Because he wants the Government out of his life?

Barnaby and the National party want to wait to see the numbers so they can figure out a way to maximize the ROI on the rorts they will put in place with the LNP while not actually doing anything to achieve the targets.

Exactly!!

His reasoning for doing this?

The Federal Government pissed him off by announcing to help recover from covid, it was going to be a "Gas Led Recovery" and they were going to build a gas pipeline.

That clearly signified that the government just didnt give a fuck about us, so hes gone on the warpath.

Well done making reference to Matt Canavan's cosplay. He seems like like playing dress-ups, with coal dust on his face just like a coal miner.

Imagine LARPing as a fucking coal miner. What a brain dead idiot.

It goes deeper than that. His brother apparently owns a mine in qld. He's a self interested cuck.

It must be hard taking money from donors or doing what must be done.

Ah yes, New York, the famous Australian marginal seat.

Thankfully they haven't forgotten to put their branding on the billboard. This should get A Rational Fear much more traffic, even if it does absolutely nothing to influence Scotty.

This is a huge waste of cash and borderline grifty, I really don't think it will change anyone's mind, it will make lefties on twitter feel good though.

Shaming a government in front of the world? Trying to get more media coverage which hopefully applies international pressure and doing it in such an Australian way (by taking the piss)? I have no issue. The biggest things to sway politics? Money and power. If you don’t have that, then the media and shaming in front of your global equivalents is the next best thing. Nothing else is working. Sp why not try a different approach. It is certainly better than sitting on the couch and whinging. And what do you know? Here we are talking about it in a time where the news has been dominated by Covid. Think that is the point isn’t it?
