Card frozen, this is the 10th time in 2 weeks
Never had to face this issue, but now its insane!
Its ridiculous to upload selfie with the req info each time.
Anyone else facing this ?

Are you a Canadian CDC user, by any chance? Might be linked to intercepted fraudulent charges.

Regular cards can get frozen too, I had my bank card frozen for a few days. However, the whole ordeal stretched over 2 weeks due to human error on the banks behalf.

33°C is equivalent to 91°F, which is 306K.

Idk, I was expecting a rude; "thanks for the help" style response lmao. Leave it in the hands of the support and if worst comes to worst, sell it all and move to another exchange. The amount of issues I've seen with this exchange is so broad I'm still surprised I've never ran into any myself (other than not being able to login in when it matters most)
