I need help for how I'm going to grow its my first time
- Alright I have a question for the more experienced growers out there. This will be my first time ever growing mushrooms and I am probably going to use B+. Anyways here is where the issue comes in I am currently in a situation where I will be home where I'm going to grow the shrooms for a week and then will be away for a week this will be happening for the foreseeable future. I'm a little worried about timing this because I don't want anything to happen too late. My plan is going to be to inoculate the bags on Friday night (the night I get home) and then ideally by the time I return they will be fully colonized I read somewhere that it takes about two weeks so that part should be fine I don't know how time sensitive that step is. Then for the substrate I will do the same thing, I don't know how long that takes to fully colonize. Then the third week I am back home, six weeks since I started, I will put it into fruiting conditions again on the first night I'm home. This is the part I'm worried most about. It may be better to do it on the night before I leave actually since that way when I get back they should be close to being ready. Any advice would be very much appreciated or maybe a different plan all together. Sorry about the long post thanks for reading it all the way.
