Yes, if my dog was anything to judge by when he was young, those are perfectly normal sleeping positions. :-D

When your dog sleeps like that it means they are super comfortable with you cuz they are exposing there organs which if thay were sleeping on there side they could get up a lot faster then when sleeping on there back so they know they are really safe and comfortable with you
