I dropped one this Sunday and have been using on my miner. Its insane bonuses, perma immunities and all but it feels wasted on a Sabo.
Anyone theory crafted something around it already? Aside from going RF and abusing perma Ruby Flask with 120% effect I am short of ideas.

It's use is primarily a "win more" kind of belt. Use it on any top tier (and even off meta) skill and it'll do great.
Instead of theory crafting some 200iq edge case build that only works with mageblood, I'd say you'd get more out of just thinking back on your favourite build you've ever played and slap it on.
What I would personally go for are stuff like worb, ice shot, KB, etc. More recent builds like CF tshot also comes to mind. Basically the S-tier zoom skills seem like they would be a great fit.
Im curious where did Mageblood drop for you and what item level it has?

Second: Like others mentioned, it's a build-enabling belt for pretty much all builds. I guess Ranger or Scion/Assassin/Duelist with access to ranger territory could use some strong nodes that buffs flask effects to make it shine even more.
There's no pinpoint support gem for your endeavoers, the sky is the limit and even Absolution could be a good skill with Mageblood.
It's legit HH2.0, except there isn't a build it can define like HH's self-TC shenanigans build. Throw it into whatever.
I would go for some kind of CI build to get the most out of it.

Literally useful on basically any build that isn't reliant on a hyper-specific other belt.
Although given its expense, if you're in trade league, depending on how much currency/power you already have, there is an argument to be made on the power boost of selling it. 110+ exalts worth of upgrades is no joke.
