[tomt][Picture? Book] A book with some very creepy, hand drawn images inside.

When I was younger, somewhere around 1985?, my cousin was into really creepy things. He had snakes in jars, bleached bones and crap like that all over his room.

Anyway, he had a big picture book (big as in dimensional, not pages) and I remember it being really creepy but the only picture I can remember was I believe the "centerfold" picture. It was a guy screaming with his mouth wide open and centipedes were crawling in or out of his mouth, ears, and eye sockets.

Anyone have a clue what book this was? I can't remember if it had stories to go with the pictures or not.
