This has my mind racing. As a plumber, my first instinct was no, if anything the orgasm would be halved. But... if both are hard and you stroke one, what does the other one feel? I dunno man, this question is so big-brained it’s bordering on paradoxical.

Not 'out' your head. Lol An orgasm occurs in the brain. I believe weirdo scientists were able to give someone an orgasm by stimulating the area of the brain where it happens. I could totally Google it or whatever, I was simply speculating. I do know that genital stimulation is not required (for some) to orgasm since it really only requires the brain.

No. Some men like having their prostates stimulated. I don't think those men are capable of two separate orgasms at once, even though they have more than one body part that can be used to experience pleasure. Orgasms happen in your brain, not in a specific body part.

Women don’t have 2 orgasms at the same time... they can have multiple in succession but they don’t literally happen simultaneously. Men need a break after an orgasm because they also ejaculate, and they have to replenish their sperm levels. This is known as the refractory period. There are techniques to orgasm without ejaculation, and in this way, men have been known to be able to have multiple orgasms in a row. I know they can’t get them at the same time (I said multiple) but I’ve had one right after the other so I feel like that’s as close as you can get.

First of all, DoubleDickDude was a prank. His "proof" was doctored photos.
But if you're going by what he said, what he said was that they were both connected to the same source. After all, having two penises doesn't mean that you have two prostate glands and four seminal vesicles etc. So although he said he could get an orgasm with stimulation to either or both, he would have one orgasm, not a double orgasm, and this would cause him to ejaculate out of both penises at once.
