Prenup question --

Hey All,

I live in New York. And I make about 5 times more than my partner. I am terrified that I might get hosed in a divorce. Should it happen.

My parents have gone through a divorce, and I've seen the ugly side of divorce.

I want to get a prenup before I get married. I don't have any assets or business, but what I do have is, my company has awarded me with a lot of stock.

Is it possible to create a prenup and say any stock is off limits even, cannot be sold etc.

I don't really know what goes into these other than assets, businesses and such. So any help would be great.
