Discord Wagering bot for ingame

Hey guys!

So I'm looking for a discord bot that I can set up in a channel where people can type wagers in and other people can call that person's wager as to keep record of wagers for games, matches, etc.

i.e. Person X places a wager on Bob vs Jim via command in discord. Bot then posts the wager up with a reaction available. Person Y reacts to that reaction. Bot makes a post with person x and y - [Total Wager amount] - [Match Name]. After the match is resolved then event staff puts a command in discord to post the result. Bot then makes a post w/ result of the match and winner of the wager. If multiple wagers are going on at once then the bot posts the results of all wagers.

Does anyone know a good bot that has this or similar capability?
