Help me to improve my poison concoction please

My current problem is that, altough the clearspeed is very good, i am still getting randomly destroyed in red maps. Also my boss dps feels kinda bad (scorge boss just destroy me. Haven't approached sirus yet). I am trying to reach liv 90 to get the notable and mastery on the claw wheel to get immunity to crit.

Do you have any suggestion on how can i improve my build?
