Psychedelics and The HGA

Is it possible to make contact with the HGA by using psychedelics and/or mind expanding drugs? I know crowley did shit ton of heroin but I haven't heard about using psychedelics and/or mind expanding drugs to have knowledge and conversation with the HGA.
