I mean in all seriousness, I do appreciate Nintendo making videos like this, because while all these tips are second nature to veteran Metroid players they help bring in and acclimate a more casual crowd.

There's no way this is a coincidence. Jaffe has gotten his ass handed to him over this and rightfully so.

That video was so well made! I've seen people on this sub who were new to metroid and were having a hard time with all those things addressed on the video.

I’ve beaten the game probably 20-30+ times and I never noticed that the mini map border glows red when an EMMI is nearby.
