Welcome to Rockville Announced for May 19-22, 2022

So this has been announced by DWP for the weekend that ST/ROTR always happens. Should we assume that there will be no festival in Columbus? Anybody here been to both festivals? How do they compare? Daytona is a lot closer for me (I now live in Southern GA), but I really like the setup at MAPFRE for a festival, and am concerned that there will be way too much time on their feet for some people at the Daytona Speedway. Thoughts?

This sucks! He said ST would be back and better than ever in 2022. I live in Michigan so if it doesn’t happen I’m bumming!

I think ROTR got moved a few times over the years. They might be eyeing another month.

It’s never been moved. Was always the weekend before Memorial Day weekend

Very late to the party but Daytona is better especially if you camp because you got a private kickoff night that Wednesday you arrive and they have several bands from the local region thst continue ro play at that camping stage after headliners are done. You can also go to and from your campsite all you want if you wanna rest, cook something to eat, or just wanna pound a few beers and head back inside.
