Vape Liquid leaking out of top and bottom of Voopoo Drag S Pro
Appreciate anyone's help here as I've been unable to find a fix while googling. I'm using a 0.2 Ohm Coil,set to 50w, with a 5mg Salt nic. I'm not priming the coil by putting any vape Liquid in the middle and so far as I can see I'm not overfilling it either.
Happy to post some pics/videos if that will help.

50/50 juice is going to be the problem.
A 0.2 coil is going to want 65VG minimum or the watt range is going to be too high.
At 50W you're heating & thinning out the liquid faster than the coil can handle, so it's finding an alternative exit.
Thanks! I assume then if I go down to a 0.3 Ohm Coil and set to 40w I can continue with 50/50 vape Liquid?
It depends on a few things, but 50/50 is really for higher Watts, if it was me, I'd go 0.6 & above but it can depend on the tanks/coils.
Personally, I'd go to a 70/30 juice & drop the salts down to 3mg to accommodate the increased volume, but that's just me, it's one of those 'each to their own' situations...
50/50 juice is awkward, it's thick on a MTL coil, but pretty thin on a DTL. The problem is Watts, currently the liquid is boiling off faster than the coil can kick it out, so it's leaking instead.
I'd say you want around 30w for 50/50 in a tank, any higher & you'll get an unpleasant PG throat hit & leakage. Too much lower & the cotton won't wick fast enough & will burn.
Think of it like a pot boiling on the stove, you put a lid on with a little steam valve (like your drip tip), if the heat source is too intense, it will boil over because steam can't escape fast enough...
The solution is a bigger pot (coil) or less heat (watts) at the expense of poorer performance.
Get the R2 or M2 or TM series coils for PNP. All work with your system. You will have a much better time:)
I have a 0.2 Ohm coil, but the problem is that the tank is leaking even when I take it off the DRAG S and leave it there for the night. What that could be? I bought new tanks, but still leaking!

What's the VG/PG ratio of the liquid? & What tanks?
I usually buy "ready to use" liquids from the vape shop with 0% nic. I have the issue with the PNP tank that was with the voopoo drag-s and with the other one (4ml.) I bought after. It's for sure the black/red gasket problem. I just wonder why it happens also when the coil is brand new
