Commentary: So I started try-Harding 3 days ago. I was gold 2 at 12 LP and decided I would give plat a run. Lux has historically been my most played and highest win rate champ every season, but this season she wasn’t even in my top 10 until 3 days ago.

I proceeded to win 18 games in a row to go from Gold 2 (12 LP) to Plat IV. Never lost a game and had a >6.0 KDA on lux by the end. 15 of the games were on Lux.

Anyways, felt great to accomplish what I thought was impossible (limited time playing only in the evenings).

Cheers Lux Mains

Oh yeah look at those runes so much diversity with lux :D (this isn’t a toxic comment so don’t hurt me)

Haha that’s just my preferred page, but I sometimes use Dark Harvest. She doesn’t seem to have a ton of variety in runes tbh. Maybe Aery now that it’s stronger.

Curious what domination runes you take, I usually take Sorcery + Precision for presence of mind since I feel like it'd be pretty hard to sustain otherwise! Would love to hear what works for you.

I rarely find mana issues, especially after lost chapter. I take cheap shot and ultimate hunter. Although arguably don’t need ultimate hunter with the latest round of buffs.

I use ult A LOT in game. Wave clear and roam, poke their carries before fights. Having it back up by the time you are in the fight again is really useful. So definitely trying to get off 2 during team fights.

Thanks, I will try it! I tend to struggle with mana management pre-lost chapter without PoM. But the mid and late game potential of domination tree + ult hunter sounds more appealing so may have to play around it instead.
