Schiit Magnious/Modious + HiFi Man Sundara - anyone with experience? General EQ questions too
First of all, I understand taste differs, however I’d like to read a bit from those who ran this combo.
I was wondering if anyone has ran this combo and how their listening experience was?
How should I EQ this? What do people normally EQ these headphones? Should I invest in the Schiit Loki with this stack or use a specific software? Which?
I plan to use these headphones exclusively, and I game quite a bit. Mixed Genre, same with my music.
Thanks, sorry for the generic post.
Additionally, where could I get a good set of wires for these headphones or should out of box be plenty sufficient?

I currently run that as part of my setup. Love the Sundara's. Especially after EQ'ing. I'm on a Mac though, and use eqMac Pro and just use AutoEQ.
As for cables, I use Hart Audio cables, as I love their interconnect system... and price. The stock cable for the Sundara is laughably bad. I (and likely everyone else) would highly recommend an aftermarket cable.
Hell yeah mate.
When you’re using the autoEQ function, what does the graph look like? Where are the adjustments being made most?
!thanks
Accidentally attached a screenshot for my Elegia’s the first time. Here’s the correct screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/4G5lpNB.jpg
Interesting!! Lastly, one more question:
What option am I picking for the cans? Rather, which do you have?
Thanks so much!
You want dual 3.5 (HC-9). If you want to run balanced with the Magnius, you want the 4-pin XLR. For unbalanced, you want 1/4” TRS. For mobile devices and such, you want 3.5mm, but at that point, you might as well get a multi-kit: https://hartaudiocables.com/collections/hacable-kit.

What cable should I get? I was looking at periapt but they are expensive. Is there anywhere else I should look? I am planning on your same set up, maybe with a hardware EQ.
https://hartaudiocables.com. I’d recommend the same cables as I did for Key_Chain.
