Maple Admin Missing Option for SSB Gender-locked Compensation

Anyone else missing the option to claim NX equips or Maple Points for the SSB Compensation from Maple Admin? https://maplestory.nexon.net/news/69672/ssb-gender-locked-item-issue-compensation The news on the official site says that it's suppose to be available until November 30. It's currently November 23rd and I haven't claimed everything yet.

I went to check and the option is not there for me either. Glad it’s not just me

Did you receive any gender locked items? You may have recieved items from a different gender, but not all of them are gender locked.

Yes I did. I had already exchanged a couple of the items for Maple Points but not all of them. I took screenshots of the list from Maple Admin just in case this happened and attached them to my Ticket to support.
