F-phenibut vs phenibut - which is better for tapering?
I've found myself with a long standing GABA drug addiction again. Currently stabilised on ~600mg of F-phenibut FAA per day.
With the choice between only GABA agonists I have access to, F-phenibut FAA and phenibut FAA, which is easier to quit?
I realise this is a very specific question, after failing to find information elsewhere, I'm hoping someone here may know.

First of all- sorry to hear. I just recently got off phenibut- it’s been a week since going off taper. The tapering process was the worst part but I’m so glad I did it. It made the jump to 0 almost easy.
Anyway your question- I imagine it might be worth considering the half life. If you want to do it quickly- try f-phenny. If not- regular. Tbh you’re kinda fucked either way. NAC for glutamate storms- empty stomach take a gram - it will save your ass. Take every GABA supplement you can find and consider trying agmatine. I also found black seed oil helpful for increasing GABA and blocking calcium channels (which is a mechanism of phenibut).
