Why DICE never care about their community?

Does anyone remember? Back in 2012 there was a survey on the Battlelog about future of the Battlefield, the winning option was sequel of 2142, where is it? Instead of this we got BF4, DICE never listened to their community.

Only time when they were listening, in 2005 when they asked about new factions for BF2, they received the answer and made what they were asked for.
