Quick question about Wailmer.
So I'm working on a non-competitive team and thought Wailord would be a good choice for a water pokemon. I ended up catching myself a pretty good Wailmer but he was a level 47! Is there anyway I can evolve him?

Fair point, I should've phrased it differently. I had meant it like "this is a good resource for Pokemon related questions," but I guess I dropped the ball a little here.
