Online Christmas Card Signer Options?

Hello, I'm trying to figure out a way to create a virtual Christmas card for a large group of online friends, whereas I can give them a link and they sign their own name on the page and I can keep doing that. Unsure of what may be the best option to do so.
Thank you and happy holidays.
