Automatically add to task via automation (?)

Anyone have a way to automatically add a Google Task based on email keyword.

For example I'd like to email myself and have it automatically add a task and preferrable delete the email. I thought there'd be some way to do it by using "+task@gmail.com" but can't figure it out....
