Motor specific?

I was wondering if there are any actual upgrades that you could do to the motor itself to run high kilowatts with full throttle without burning out the motor. What would be needed to run a surron at around 80 mph consistently and if possible to make it go faster than that. (I live close to a place where you can test the full power of automobiles/vehicles and want to see if I can get a really fast surron.) I’m really hoping to be able to break 86 but seeing as I’m on the bigger side I’m not too sure.
