Relapsed.

I just relpase and it feels like i put a trap in myself. I got trap in the novelty of some weird new brainwashing and when i regained consciuosness of the situation I was watching porn for the last 3 hours. I just relapse again today. It was terrible.

One thing that i notice is that you can slowly tune instagram to become your enemy. Each like is a vote for what you want to be offer in the future.
