Attitude of players

I just want to say that the attitude of the players in this game is terrible. Just played with a vayne who raged hard cuz he thought we KS all hes kills.He then goes afk, come back couple of mins later just to run into the enemy team and feed. We said that we will report. He just said that it doesnt matter you never get banned for it anyway.

Riot rly need to start banning and making ppl care for reports.
