Allergic to raw apples, pears, peaches, nuts...Is juicing a viable diet for me?
A few years ago I developed allergies to a bunch of birch tree fruits including apples, pears, plums, peaches and nuts. I really want to try a juicing but am worried that my options are too limited to make it sustainable.
Are there any good substitutes for the above fruits? Or are there any staple recipes you have that don't use apples in it/apples can be omitted and still taste delicious? If the food is heated it kills the enzyme I'm allergic to but that defeats the whole purpose of juicing.
Many thanks!
