"Windows can't communicate with the device or resource" error is popped up randomly on two of my computers

The error message has disabled the internet from two of my computers (one laptop, and one desktop), while two other laptops, and one desktop are working fine.

One of them was even working earlier today.

I have rebooted various times, uninstalled all the anti-virus programs.

Any idea what is causing this? Would whipping the computer work?

Fixed: I feel like a fool. Restarting the router worked. I guess I didn't expect that because only a few of the computers weren't working.
