Some questions about driving

I know this isn't exactly trees related but it seemed like a good place to ask. Also, some of you are going to give me shit for this but I don't really care.

I recently acquired 40 mg of focalin xr. I have a long day of travel ahead of me, and normally like to take 50 or so mg's of adderall to make the drive more enjoyable. I usually rail all 50 mg's all at one time right before I leave, and then smoke a joint every three hours that I'm on the road. Following this schedule, I maintain a nice high throughout the whole drive, but never become too intoxicated to drive (in my opinion).

Will I be able to maintain a similar state with this Focalin, or will it get me too fucked up to drive safely? Also, I've read online the comedown for focalin is not very pleasant, but that the use of downers and opiates combat this effectively. If I smoke a j, will the comedown be bad? Will it be bad enough I need to stop driving? I weigh about 150, male, I have experience with stimulants but my tolerance is fairly low right now.

A friendly warning, if you are going to tell me not to drive when I'm not sober, I'm just going to ignore you. Don't waste your time. I really hate to see people argue on a post I made, or really anywhere on trees, so I would really appreciate it if that didn't happen.
