My neighbor just hung up a confederate flag. I live in northern Illinois. What are some of your crazy neighbor stories?

He's my next-door neighbor, but everyone who lives within a few blocks of me knows him. Some others things that he's done are:

• He wears giant orange headphones everywhere.
• There used to be a tree in his back yard, but he cut it down, burned it, then dug a huge hole where the tree used to be with a pickaxe. I think he might have buried something in it.
• He used to ride his bike around in circles in front of his house.
• A few years ago, he got drunk (I'm guessing) and kept yelling YEEEHAAWW every few minuets. This was at 3 AM.
• He gets drunk a lot and plays the radio insanely loud to the point where I can hear it in my house.
• Awhile ago, I was walking home, and I saw him yelling at a few black people and calling them niggers. He said hi to me when I walked by him.

I'll try to remember more stories about him, but seriously, I think he might have some mental disorder.
