Best razor and shaving cream for... down there? Also, tips and tricks?

Hey ladies,

Being of Eastern European descent absolutely infuriates me when it comes to shaving my girly bits. If I try to be careful, I'm left with an upsetting amount of stubble. If, however, I try getting a smoother shave, I get horrible cuts and ingrown hairs and... still a lot of stubble.

I was wondering if there were any specific razors, shaving creams, or other products you girls could recommend to help me out =) And like the title says, any tips would be appreciated too!
