LoL Korean server?

I'm hearing LoL korea servers are starting to become really competitive. In fact many teams from Europe as well as few from the U.S. have been seen streaming with Korean LoL clients. I tried to make an account but was unsuccessful (I do not have a Korean Social Security number). Is there anyway around this? (www.leagueoflengeds.co.kr)
