Help! I'm getting email from someone else, but only the replies!

So I did my research before posting. It's not the traditional thing where people just enter the wrong address into forms or whatever.

What's happening here is I think this person (inadvertently) entered my email address in the 'reply-to' settings in gmail. Now whenever anybody replies to shit they send it comes to me instead.

After two months, I finally managed to get ahold of this person, but she's not super tech literate. She had the Genius bar set up her account on her iphone, and subsequently doesn't know what her password is nor the ability to navigate the 'I lost my password' forms on Google (I was step by stepping with her over the phone).

So Reddit: How on earth do I get in touch with someone that can just fix that one setting?

Please help. This person is a therapist and I'm getting private patient-doctor emails I really don't need to see.
