CentOS Netinstall - 167MB???

I was in a situation today where I only had access to a 62.5MB USB and NO OTHER MEDIA, but I had a machine with windows and a machine to format and install CentOS 6 on and an active internet connection and working hardware. Last time I did a netinstall was for Ultralinux (Redhat) for a Sun IPX with a damaged floppy and working network card. How does a netinstall default to 167M? The extended number and variations on hardware drivers is what I expect.

TL;DR: Has anyone generated a minimal-netinstall iso with the most common network cards and minimal video/mouse/keyboard/usb/dvd?
