A plea for all résumé critique seekers

I keep seeing rookie mistakes from the majority of posters here and it's getting ridiculous. There's no such thing as a generic résumé. Each application that you send should be for a specific job description.

When you ask for a critique, please include the actual job description that you're looking to apply for.

I don't care if this gets downvoted, I feel it needs to be said.
