Do women who dress like sluts (literaly) and get intoxicated/ high at parties "deserved" to be raped?:

EDIT: JUST TO BE CLEAR I THINK THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IS NO

A female friend of mine posted this on facebook today, and I'm of two opinions really.

"Everyone should get on board for SlutWalk 2012! 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be raped during their lifetime (False statistics btw, replace raped with "sexualy assaulted"). 15 out of 16 rapists walk free. One police officer said "Women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimised." SlutWalk 2012 is about raising awareness that victims are not to blame for their rape - the rapists are. It is about making a statement that the way you are dressed or how much you've had to drink or how late you are out walking in the city does not mean someone has the right to sexually assualt you, or that you lose the right to say no. http://www.facebook.com/events/392975270721533/"

On one hand, of course no woman "deserves" to get raped, its a terrible thing that leaves lasting scars. Any man that makes the choice to forcibly and in all probability violently have sex with a girl against her will should be locked up. For a long time.

But then on the other hand, I'm not sure if this campain is sending the right message. I mean sure, in a perfect world women would be able to dress in clothing that made every male(strangers, btw) around her both notice her and be sexualy assroused by her, and then put her self in a state where she is both suggestible and vunerable. But really, its not a good idea =/ What are your thoughts?
