Runners who work on their feet all day, how does it affect your running, especially all of you run longer distances?
I just started Hal Higdon's Super Novice marathon training program and it's pretty nice so far, but I'm concerned about how my job will affect my running down the road. My job consist of me standing, walking around, bending, and lifting for about 8 hours straight. Some days are more strenuous than others, but it's nothing too back-breaking. Does anybody else with not-so-sedentary jobs find that work greatly affects their running?
