So I'm going to a Scotch tasting event in a few weeks, what do?

I don't know if people have posted similar posts (heh redundancy) in the past, but I figured it'd be worth a shot to see what pearls of wisdom this subreddit can lay on me. It's a Balvenie tasting and seminar at a local liquor outlet (full disclosure: a local outlet that employed me during the last holiday season). What should I expect?
