Eah6850 Not Sending Output To Second Display

I recently got my Asus eah6850 replaced because of a problem I was having, it detects my second monitor but displays nothing. In Screen resolution and AMD Vision it's picked up in detection. This happened before and after I got the card replaced. I've installed new drivers from the Asus website, I've used different DVI-D cards and DVI-D to VGA adapters. Still the same problem. Would appreciate any input. Thanks.
