Just a little idea for future Pokemon games..

Upon finding my old Pokemon games, i looked into my characters pack and saw dozens of multiples of TMs. Then an idea popped into my head: (only played about 30 minutes of B & W so if it's already like this, please either disregard this post or let me know so i can remove the post)

If you teach a Pokemon a TM that you have multiples of (ex. Shadow Ball x2) and you taught it to a Pokemon that you know is going to use it a lot, the TM grants limited PP. So my thought/idea is..if you have a multiple TM of a specific move..could you use the second TM to further the Pokemon's understanding of the move and increase it's PP of that move by.. 5 points maybe?

Just a thought..let me know what you all think.
