W9D1 finished last night. Apparently I am swift and silent like a ninja, and terrifying like a fucking Raptor.
So last night, as I was running my run, I waited until like 1030pm, and scared the shit out of two girls walking to their dorm. As I stopped to pick up their purses and keys that they dropped as they jumped out of their skins, I could see one girl was visibly shaking, and I instantly felt absolutely terrible for scaring them. Yeah, it was their fault for not hearing my huffing and puffing and not maintaining awareness around them, but I still feel bad for scaring them.
Other than that, it was kind of a rough run. I hadn't hydrated enough, and hadn't had much to eat all day. As my mileage is coming up, I notice that my body wants to eat less and less. I'm also making the switch to a paleo diet
