GFWL fucking up my fallout, please help.

Ok, so until just now, fallout 3 has never asked for anything about GFWL but today it asks for my game key thing. I think "oh no worries steam is still showing it up for me, I don't mind putting it in." But then i did put it in, now it has decided that i don't have any of my save files. If i turn it off and then back on again then it will show them as being there for about a second and then the option to continue or load disappears. If anyone can help I will be super appreciative.
